At Nepean Mobile Vet, we also offer a range of large animal consultations to suit both hobby and commercial farms, including:

Individual animal consults:

Do you have a cow, sheep, alpaca, goat or pig that is off colour? Perhaps sick, lame or injured? We can examine your animal, and work out a treatment plan for you.

Pregancy diagnosis:

We currently offer pregnancy diagnosis in cattle. This can be a useful tool to identify empty cows early for rebreeding, as well as identifying the likely period of calving. We also offer NCPD tagging under the Australian Cattle Veterinarians scheme. For more details of this scheme, please see the NCPD website.

Herd Health Consultations:

There are many herd management options that can help keep your animals healthy, and we understand that it can be daunting sorting through them all. Nepean Mobile Vet can help you formulate a plan regarding vaccinations, parasite control, nutrition, stock numbers, and other common management procedures, and work out a schedule to suit you. Not sure how and when to give vaccinations or drenches? We're happy to come and lend a hand. Not sure what your cattle or sheep should be eating? We can help guide you with a nutrition program too.
